Lovely Afternoon Walk

We spent a relaxed afternoon following this route and discovering buildings we would have otherwise walked past. A couple of clearer navigation cues would make it smoother, but we still had a wonderful time.

Charming and Informative

The walk felt well paced and thoughtfully planned. Princes Street and the nearby landmarks were fascinating, and I appreciated being able to explore without a group schedule.

More Than Just Pretty Buildings

This tour goes beyond just pointing out architecture. The historical context really helped me understand Dunedin’s Scottish roots and how the city evolved over time.

Great Way to Explore Dunedin

A very enjoyable stroll through some of the city’s most beautiful streets. I especially liked the old churches and heritage facades. Slightly more detail at a couple of stops would make it even better, but overall it was excellent.

Architecture Lovers Dream

If you appreciate historic buildings, this walk is a real treat. Seeing the Dunedin Railway Station up close and learning about its design was a highlight. The mix of Gothic and Victorian architecture gives the city so much character.
