At Trippy Tour Guide (operated by Narrative Nomad Private Limited), we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please contact us and we will issue a refund in accordance with this policy and any consumer rights that apply in your country.

How to request a refund

Email our support team at support@trippytourguide.com with:

  • Your order number (in your purchase confirmation email)
  • The reason for your refund request

We will review and respond within 2 business days.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing typically completes within 14 days, though your bank may take additional time to display the credit.

Your statutory consumer rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law. Where local law grants you a statutory right of withdrawal (for example, the 14-day cooling-off period in the EU, EEA, and UK, or the equivalent periods in Brazil, China, South Korea, Canada, and Singapore), those rights apply in full.

Subscriptions

If your purchase includes a recurring subscription, you can cancel it at any time by emailing support@trippytourguide.com or using the cancel link in your receipt email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and prevents any further billing.

Fraud prevention

We may decline refund requests where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, or chargeback manipulation.
